Developing countries are biggest climate change victims

Beijing, March 10 (Coal Geology) Developing countries are the biggest victims of climate change, a senior Chinese official said here Wednesday.

Xie Zhenhua, vice minister of China’s National Development and Reform Commission, said developed countries are mainly responsible for the climate change that is caused by increasing greenhouse gas emission due to industrialisation in the past 100 years.

Xie called for joint efforts from all countries to take positive measures to combat the challenge of climate change, Xinhua news agency reported.
